Great, I thought of the same idea about a month ago.
I think it is a nice concept, yours is obviously more professional, but, who is going to read a shirt when casually walking in the woods, or wherever. This is why this idea is better suited for "Live Action Role-Playing."
I had gotten the idea while hiking in the mountains with friends! After reading the first time it’s quite easy to play and if someone forgets a rule they just have to take a look at your shirt, it’s meant to be light and fun.
